today is THURSDAY!
apparently,

though the teacher is fierce the practical is damn fun...

today we made cupcakes.
anyways,
we were shown a demo,
and the teacher said that we had to use the'slice' method to mix the thingie...
that is done not to knock out the gas.
and i thought gas was supposed to knock us out.
oh well
anyway
we made cupcakes...
